Tendergold Gallery: The Book of Changes by Georgii Uvs (link exhibition page)

11 AM: IAMA’s Day of Play officially begins! Start your day off by painting a lucky rock for your home and garden, or choose to unleash your creativity at our selection of arts and crafts activities. Full list and description of drop in arts and crafts below.

12 PM: Storytime and Art – Listen to a captivating story brought to life by our storyteller, Hannah! She will be reading “The Dot” by Peter H. 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Scavenger Hunt through the IAMA Galleries – Embark on a fun adventure through the museum on a scavenger hunt and guided tour to find art and stories!

5:00 PM: IAMA Closes – End of the Day of Play!

Crafts available all day:

Painted rocks – make a beautiful and unique decoration for your home and garden. Pick a rock and paint it!

Coloring pages – color inside and outside of the lines on a classic Nickelodeon character or a famous art piece!

Canvas and paper painting – Splash into a world of color with watercolors or acrylic paint to create any design you want! Or, take inspiration from the many ink wash or oil paintings in the museum. Ask a staff member for their favorite artwork!
