Gani Koseoglu (Youth Artist)
Hello beautiful people, dear elders, and my dear friends.
I AM Gani Koseoglu. But my friends call me Ganillo for short, because even though I am only 6 years old, I have been drawing every single day without skipping since I was 2.5 years old. I love drawing, and because I draw very quickly, I create more than one artwork in a single day.
This is my big dream, and I am already preparing my future to inspire all my brothers and sisters around the world. In my dream, one day when I have my own exhibition, my pianist mom will play the piano at my exhibition. Of course, my mom has a very big role in this dream.
I was only 3 years old when we moved from Turkey to America. So that I wouldn’t feel bored, whatever I drew, my mom would celebrate it with great excitement and reward me by buying small toy Oscar awards. Also, because I was born with one kidney, my mom got unnecessarily upset about it and strongly stood behind me in drawing so that I wouldn’t choose football or basketball 🙂 I guess while my fingers were moving, she helped me fly 🙂
Now I am studying at Mosaic School of Fine Arts in Chicago.
Of course, art cannot exist alone. The most beautiful thing shared in the world is art, and within art are our precious artists. That is why my love and respect for them are endless for sharing my artworks here. I am grateful.
Thank you IAMA
